Account Deletion

This Account Deletion Policy applies to the DjAFRO application and explains how users can request deletion of their account and associated personal data.

1. How to Delete Your Account

To permanently delete your DjAFRO account, follow these steps:

1. Open the DjAFRO application and log in to your account.
2. Go to the Profile / Account section from the bottom menu.
3. Select Delete Account from the list of options.
4. On the Delete Account screen, tick the checkbox to confirm that you want to permanently delete your account, then tap Close My Account.
5. Your account will then be permanently deleted.

Once the request is submitted, the account deletion process is completed permanently and cannot be reversed.

2. Data Deleted

When your account is deleted, the following information is removed from our systems:

• User profile information
• Name
• Email address
• Phone number (if provided)
• Profile image (if provided)
• Account preferences and associated user data
• Watch history and viewing activity

3. Important Information

• Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
• Access to DjAFRO services associated with the deleted account will no longer be available.
• Any active subscription tied to the account will end and will not be refunded for the unused portion.
• Users who wish to use DjAFRO again must create a new account.

4. Data Retention

Certain information may be retained only where required for:

• Legal obligations
• Security purposes
• Fraud prevention
• Regulatory compliance

Any retained information is handled securely in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
